EM327 OBD to RS-232 Interpreter Reference Board ELM327 is an Automotive On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) interface chip that is used to read multiple OBD Protocols. The ELM327 reference board is based on the ELM327 OBD reference design from ELM Electronics.
